Get festive and celebrate Mexican heritage on Mexican Independence Day! On Friday, September 23, 2022, the Rotary Club of Brownsville Sunrise celebrated the History of Mexican Independence Day Mexico at Biggo's Restaurant. The Mexican Independence day, once known as New Spain, was a colony harshly ruled by the kingdom of Spain for over 300 years.
3-course menu consisting of:
Appetizers served Buffet-style:
salad, bread, and pizza
Main Course: (pick 1 of the following):
-Chicken Parmigiana
-Lasagna w/ Italian Sausage
-Fettuccine Alfredo (vegetarian option)
Dessert
Cake and coffee
Unsweet Iced Tea (free refills) or Soft drink (no refill) is also included.
